Lux Med will be the main tenant of Lakeside

Lux Med Group, a leader in the private healthcare services market in Poland, has leased more than 13,000 sqm of office space in ATENOR's Lakeside property. Lux Med has become Lakeside's biggest tenant, occupying more than half of the building's space. This transaction represents the single largest letting of the Warsaw office market so far in 2023. The new Lux Med office will open in the second half of 2024. With this new lease agreement, Lakeside is now 80% let.

Lakeside is an unique investment on the business map of Warsaw, which makes us even more pleased that Lux Med, a leader in the Polish private healthcare market, has joined the group of tenants in the building. Lakeside is a state-of-the-art office building of approximately 23,850 sqm, scheduled to open in Q4 2023. The cutting-edge building has already been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the highest level, Outstanding, and a WELL certificate at the Gold level during the construction phase. The office building will offer a range of amenities, such as a food and beverage outlet with a café, complete infrastructure for cyclists and charging stations for cars, bicycles and electric scooters. Thanks to its favourable location in Warsaw's Mokotow district, Lakeside is perfectly connected, with very close proximity to the Sluzew and Wilanowska metro stations and a large number of nearby bus and streetcar stops. In addition, the development is distinguished by its exceptional views, with windows overlooking the nearby park and lake.

JLL is responsible for the commercialisation of the building.
