Last year Stanley Black & Decker moved to Proximo building, occupying over 4,400 square metres of office space. Stanley Black & Decker is a US manufacturer of storage tools and systems for both DIY enthusiasts and professionals across the world. The company has operated its office as well as a financial and accounting centre in Warsaw for 12 year, employing approximately 260 specialists. The company occupies Proximo office space on the sixth, seventh and, partially, eighth floor. Its employees have access to an over 200-square-metre terrace. In the course of negotiations, the tenant was represented by the consulting firm JLL. Fit out services were provided by Tetris.
“The key consideration for the new headquarters for Stanley Black & Decker was a location with good access and public transport available. The company went for a state-of-the-art, flexible office, which will be an asset for current and prospective employees,” said Karol Patynowski, Associate Director, Tenant Representation, JLL.
Stanley Black & Decker’s office is an example of a pioneer approach on the Polish market by Tetris, namely using Open Book system in a big fit-out project, delivered within the Goss Maximum Price.
