Corius office building belonging to Okęcie Business Park office complex, has just gained a new tenant: the Polish Border Guard. The new tenant will move in in July and will occupy approximately 700 sqm of office space. The Polish Border Guard chose Corius office building due to the high standard of the office space and an excellent location in the immediate vicinity of the international Okęcie Airport. This transaction made Corius leased in 97%.
