Net office demand amounted to 134,800 sq.m. in Q2 2026, while total transaction volumes (incl. lease renewals) stood at 282,800 sq.m. Lease renewals made up 52% of the total leasing activity in Warsaw.
In Q2, refurbishment of Przemysłowa 26 (2,300 sq.m.) was completed.
At the end of June 2026, the overall vacancy rate for Warsaw stood at 8.5%. The vacancy in the central zones stood at 4.8%, while outside the city centre it reached 11.8%.
