The construction of a multi-functional office, service and hotel facility has been completed. The building is located at 125, Puławska Street. The building has been divided into two parts. The first one is a 5-story podium, where the office and conference area is located. The second is a 19-story tower providing hotel facilities. Moreover, there is also a 2-story underground car park for tenants and guests.
The total building area covers up to nearly 24,000 sq m, whereas the usable area is over 15,000 sq m. The building design documentation was prepared before 2016, yet was updated to meet the contemporary 2021 standards. All kinds of technical installations, as well as automation, are of the highest quality.
