The construction of a modern office building at the Port Popowice in Wrocław will start soon.
The seven-storey building will offer its tenants about 13,000 m2 of rentable space with hot desks, shared tables, meeting places, soft seatings and rooms of silence.
A kindergarten and a catering space will be on the ground floor of the building. Two underground floors will offer 300 parking spaces. Housing and service facilities will also be in the nearby area.
The office building will be built in accordance with the LEED certificate requirements at the GOLD level.
The planned completion date for the investment is mid-2021.
