B10 has obtained WELL Platinum certification for 14,000 sq m of office space spread over five floors.
The building stands out with its gray facade and H-shaped layout with tall windows and a column-free structure, which provides natural lighting and flexibility in space arrangement. The building offers relaxation and integration areas, as well as complete infrastructure for cyclists and electric car chargers to support eco-friendly commuting.
The investment focuses on sustainable development and the health of users through recyclable materials, energy-efficient automatic LED lighting, a special roof membrane to prevent overheating, and installations that minimize water consumption.
In addition to WELL certification, the B10 building also boasts LEED green certification and WiredScore Platinum certification.
