The international IT concern Tieto Poland has signed with Echo Investment (the owner of the building) lease contract concerning the lease extension to over 8 500 sqm.
It means that the facility has reached the assumed occupancy level of 85% in Aquarius Business House I office building, which makes it possible to start the second stage of the project.
The completion of the Aquarius Business House II is planned for September 2013.
