Astoria Premium Offices building was granted LEED Gold precertification. The office building was equipped with technical solutions reducing water and electric power use, such as radiant cooling celling panels that will cut the consumption of electric power by 30%.
Astoria Premium Offices is located on Przeskok street. The building will deliver over 17,500 sqm of office space to let. The completion of the project is planned for June 2017.
