Preparation works for the Sobieski Business Park office complex on Mangalia Street have begun. The investor intends to build in the first phase an office building offering approx. 7,000 sq m of office space for lease. Construction works will begin after the alteration of technical infrastructure on the property and the demolition of the existing buildings. The complex is applying for BREEAM certificate. The delivery of the office building is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2014.
