The company Trigranit is preparing for the realisation of yet another investment within the Bonarka for Business (B4B) complex in Kraków. The investor has decided to expand it with one more office block, marked with the letter H. Work will begin this summer.
The construction, constituting the eighth building of the complex, will consist of eight storeys with the total space of 10 000 sq m. Tenants will have 221 parking spots at their disposal. The project will be certificated on the level "very good" of the BREEAM system.
