The construction of Global Office Park located between Mickiewicza and Dąbrówki Streets in Katowice starts soon. It will be the biggest mixed-use project in the city.
The investment will consist of three 25-storey towers with common 5-storey podium. It will deliver 86,000 sqm of multifunctional space. Two towers will offer retail and office space, the third will be residential. Green area, almost 2,300 sqm, is projected around the complex.
