Business Garden, a Wrocław office complex, has officially been opened. Three office blocks, amounting to 37 000 sq m, have been commissioned. The buildings have been awarded with the LEED Platinum certificate.
The Business Garden complex, located on Legnicka Street near the city center, will consist of nine office and retail buildings, with the total lettable area of 117 000 sq m. Apart from office space, a gastronomic spot has been planned in the garden area, as well as a medical facility and a kindergarten. Vastint Poland is the developer of the project.
