The Cavatina Hall B building, completed in February this year in Bielsko-Biała, has received a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level, which certifies its high standard of workmanship and functionality. The office building received the maximum rating in the category of water management during the certification process. Cavatina Hall also received very high marks for the quality of used materials, energy efficiency and transportation aspects.
Cavatina Hall is the first office complex in Bielsko-Biala to offer Class A space, with a total of 15,500 sqm of workspace. The first building, Cavatina Hall A, was completed in 2020 and quickly filled with tenants. Cavatina Hall's futuristic design has won awards at the prestigious International Property Awards. The building has also WELL Health-Safety certification.
The Cavatina Hall B offers more than 4,800 sqm of high-quality office space. The complex also offers a modern, well-designed concert hall that can accommodate about 1,000 people. On the investment site there is also a professional and well-equipped recording studio. Cavatina Hall is an urban, futuristic complex that combines office and service functions with cultural activities.
