The modern office building LIXA D at 5 Giełdowa Street in Warsaw’s Wola district has found a new owner. The Class A property, which was completed in 2024, has been acquired by a Swiss investor.
LIXA D offers over 10,300 sq m of high-quality office space and is an integral part of the flagship LIXA complex. The property is located in the heart of the capital’s business center, in a rapidly developing area that is attracting growing interest among investors.
