Brand new investments are not the only changes in Warsaw Służewiec district, but also modernizations of already functioning buildings. Such process of rearrangement will start in Trinity One, known previously as Trinity Park I. The rearrangements of 10-year construction will include inter alia providing new facilities in the building and improving the quality of green space around, in order to increase the functionality of offering workplace.
Seven-storey building provides approx. 20,000 sq m of office space for lease and about 800 underground parking splaces.
