Construction of AFI Tower has begun

AFI Tower entered the construction phase just one month after obtaining a building permit. This 150-meter, 40-story office building in central Warsaw, near Rondo Daszyńskiego, will provide over 50,000 sqm of office space for approximately 7,300 employees.

Earthworks and the construction of 40-meter-deep diaphragm walls are currently underway, which will form the outline of five underground levels intended for parking and technical rooms.

AFI Tower will be the dominant feature of the Towarowa22 complex and will stand out by providing terraces for almost every tenant. The investment will seek the highest sustainable building certifications (BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Health & Safety, WiredScore Platinum, SmartCore) and will be powered by renewable energy. Construction completion is scheduled for the second half of 2028.
