Global Office Park consists of three 100-meter towers emerging from the ground in the very center of Katowice, at the intersection of Mickiewicza and Dąbrówki streets. Two of them will be dedicated to office and service functions, while the third one for apartments. The buildings will be connected to each other thanks to a podium in which numerous retail and service outlets will be built.
The office building, which is the lowest part of the Global Office Park complex, is at the most advanced stage. The building already has an underground car park with waterproofing, a ground reinforced concrete structure and two of the six above-ground floors.
Construction works at Global Office Park started in autumn 2019 and will last for the next two years. The office and residential complex will provide approximately 60,000 sq m. of office space and 650 housing units. The planned completion date for the construction of the lower office building is the end of 2020.
