Construction of Officyna Phase II is completed. The class A office building is located in Wrzeszcz district in Gdańsk. The building consists of five floors above ground and one underground, with a terrace on the fourth floor. Officyna Phase II is connected with the first phase of the investment – Officyna Phase I – by a direct passage.
Officyna office buildings are distinguished by their excellent access to the city. There are bus and tram stops in the neighbourhood. For car drivers, there are underground and above-ground parking spaces, and cyclists can use the bicycle parking and locker rooms.
