The Crown Square in Wola district was sold by the Ghelamco Poland to the Invesco Real Estate Company at the price of 63,7 mln Euro. The building has been completed in April 2010 and for rent left only 400 sq m of office space from the total amount of 13 000 sqm. The building has been awarded the prestigious ecological certificate BREEAM. In the near future the location of the building will be even more advantageous, thanks to the second underground line planned next to the Daszyńskego Roundabout.
