The demolition of the Curtis Plaza office building has commenced. The decision to carry out the demolition was made in order to make space for a new project that will include three residential buildings and a dormitory.
Located at Wołoska Street 18, Curtis Plaza was the first building in the capital city to offer flexible "open space" areas. Furthermore, it played a significant role in the development of the office district now known as Mordor.
