The developer has launched construction and leasing of a new building on the border of Warsaw and Raszyn, which will offer more than 10,000 square meters of warehouse and office space. The H10 facility comprises approximately 7,500 square meters of warehouse space and 2,500 square meters of Class A offices, with a standard module providing 630 to 700 square meters of warehouse space along with an adjoining office of at least 120 square meters.
Each unit in the building will operate independently, featuring its own entrance, ground-level door, and loading dock. Adjacent modules can be combined to increase the leased space, and companies that sign a lease during construction will have influence over the interior layout.
The developer also plans to pursue BREEAM certification. The new building is being constructed near the investor's previous developments, as part of a larger complex that will exceed 62,000 square meters upon completion of H10. The location along Jerozolimskie Avenue and the S2 expressway ensures good access to both Chopin Airport and downtown Warsaw. Construction is scheduled for completion in May 2027.
