The East of Warsaw will be enriched with a beautiful and modern revitalized space. Drucianka Campus is being built in the Praga-Północ district on the site of the former Warsaw Wire, Stick and Nail Factory (Drucianka).
It will be a mixed-use investment that will provide approximately 50,000 sq m space for rent, of which 42,000 sq m area will be allocated for offices, and over 7,000 sq m – for services.
Despite its historical character, Drucianka Campus will be distinguished by its attention to environmental protection and sustainable construction. The Drucianka office and service complex will have a BREEAM certificate at the Outstanding level.
