Business Garden is a flagship office investment of SwedeCenter, situated at the junction of Żwirki Wigury and 1 Sierpnia streets in Warsaw. The office complex will be composed of seven office buildings totalling approximately 90 000 sqm of usable space for lease. The first phase of investment (currently under construction) consists of two buildings offering a total of around 32 000 sqm of office, retail and hotel space for rent. The completion of the first stage of the project is scheduled for Q3 2012. The first tenant of the complex is a worldwide known brand - adidas, which will occupy approximately 2 800 sqm of office space in Business Garden II building. The tenant was represented in the transaction by the Jones Lang LaSalle.
