Polnord Company has just completed the third part of Wilanów Office Park. Wilanów Office Park B3 is a three-storey office building which offers over 9 800 sqm of modern office space for lease. Additionally the office building provides its future tenants with 187 underground parking spaces. The office building gained recently the first tenant - CSL Behring AG which is an international medical company. The new tenant has leased 286 sqm of office space and will move into the new premises in November.
