An official ceremony of embedding a foundation stone was held at the Monopolis complex, which was once a Spirit Monopoly from 1902.
The investment will offer 23.400 sqm of office space and over 5.000 sqm of retail space, which will be divided between three buildings. The huge amount of work that was put into the construction will help in fulfilling a very important concept of the project - revitalization of historic cellars of the main building of the vodka bottling plant, which have brick vaults and arched ceilings.
Jones Lang LaSalle is responsible for the commercialization of the complex.
