Gdynian Officer construction preparation work just started. Building will be located at the junction of Swietojanska, Wladyslawa IV Streets and Pilsudskiego Avenue. Developer is going to start the construction after legalization of building permit, i.e. II quarter of 2018.
Officer will bring to Tri-city market about 3200 sq. m. of leasable area, located on 6 floors. Also it will be equipped with 2-level underground parking. Building will be commissioned in III quarter 2019.
