New project, named Generation Park will be developed in Wola district, in the quarter of Towarowa, Prosta, Wronia and Łucka Streets. The complex will consist of three buildings, between which there will be an open green square, accessible to all.
The first phase of the complex will provide more than 19,000 sq m of office space for lease and approximately 160 parking spaces for tenants. Delivery is planned for the second quarter of 2016. Next phases will offer approximately 60,000 sq m of offices.
