The Warsaw office building Graffit, located at 28 Domaniewska Street, has undergone BREEAM In-Use certification. As a result of the analysis carried out by specially appointed assessors, the building received the prestigious 'Excellent' rating. The building owes such a high score to numerous pro-environmental solutions used in its construction. Among other things, it is equipped with air conditioning and ventilation (HVAC) systems ensuring low energy consumption, energy-efficient lighting systems, systems controlling the level of water consumption and also, a waste and pollution segregation system.
It is worth noting that the office building received maximum points for the materials used and its waste management. Graffit offers tenants 18,550 sqm of modern Class A office space, retail space on the ground floor and 357 parking spaces in an underground garage.
