Grand Central office building which is located next to the main railway station in Katowice had offcially obtained a building permit. The construction works of Mayer Bergman's investment will launch soon.
The building designed by SUD Architekci studio was inspired by the New York's Grand Central Terminal and it is going to provide 23,850 sq m of space for lease on 10 above ground floors. Low levels are reserved for retail while the higher ones will provide modern office space.
