The new office building, Grand Central is bound to appear in Katowice. Architects from Sud Architekt studio created the project, which will offer approx. 24,000 sq m of space, including modern office space for lease. Convenient location in the strict city center of Katowice next to Main Railway Station will provide excellent communication accessibility and also a proper infrastructural environment.
The project will offer 19,300 sq m of office space distributed on 7 out of 10 Grand Central levels. The rest will be taken by retail units.
The investor estimates the building works to finish in 15 months, however, the start of construction works can be expected only after getting the specified minimum of rental.
