On June 5th 2013 SGB Fortune MA and FB Antczak representatives laid the foundation stone of Garden Plaza office building in Żoliborz district. The building shall be the first green office building in this part of Warsaw, meeting the BREEAM certificate requirements. Construction works started in January this year, delivery is planned for the second quarter of 2014. Garden Plaza will offer approx. 6,700 sq m of office space for lease.
