The Griffin Real Estate investment Hala Koszyki is bound to enter the finishing works stage this June. The final visual and functional effect will be a result of cooperation of architects from JEMS Architekci and Medusa Group.
The investment has been announced as the local city center thanks to its variety of an offer and unusual atmosphere of the historic town market. Revitalized buildings of the main construction and additional segments will offer, inter alia, 18 cuisine concepts, 11 grocery stores and the space enabling users to taste various cuisines from all over the world in the unique place. 15,000 sq m of modern, A class office space will be located in new adjacent constructions.
The end of building works is estimated on the end of 2016.
