Hala Koszyki building complex in Warsaw has undergone the process of updating its BREEAM In-Use certificate. It is a certification system for buildings in use for at least two years, which evaluates the applied environmental solutions and facility management. Previously, Hala Koszyki achieved the Very Good level, while now it has reached the Excellent level. Between certifications a number of changes were introduced, mainly in the management of the complex, which made Hala Koszyki even more sustainable and environmentally friendly.
Hala Koszyki is a building complex with a long history. Built over a century ago, the market hall regained its former glory in 2016, becoming a social and gastronomic hub. Hala Koszyki has also provided 16,000 sq m of office space.
