Surrounding of the Daszyńskiego Roundabout is dynamically developing, and number of skyscrapers is rasing. Next investment is planned to appear at the intersection of Srebrna and Towarowa Streets. The 190 meters high tower with 47 floors will replace the administration building of the historic Borman and Szwede boilers factory.
Currently the project designed by Grupa AT is seeking to obtain legal permits.
