Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund (HPSIF) has bought from ECI industrial-office complex Annopol Business Park located in Warsaw's district Białołęka. This is another deal between those two after sale of New City and NC2 buildings.
Annopol Business Park is a industrial-office complex providing approx. 30.000 sqm of industrial and 15.000 sqm of office space for lease.
