New City office complex was shortlisted for 2016 BREEAM Award in the category "Offices - In-Use". New City is the only polish contender. To be considered for the 2016 awards, projects must have been certificated between December 1st 2014 and November 28th 2015.
The office complex consist of two buildings - 11 storey New City that provides 38.950 sqm of office space and 4 storey NC2 that provides almost 3.919 sqm of office space.
