The Industrial Accelerator will be built in Stalowa Wola. It will be a three-story building that will offer over 8.5 thousand sq m. for rent.
The investment will have an idustrial, office and service character. Steel, wood and concrete will be the main design elements of the building to reflect the industrial area of the site. The building will be surrounded by greenery, new plantings and existing trees that will please the eyes of tenants and guests of the building.
The planned construction completion date is 2025.
