The Immobile K3 office block, located on Kościeleckich Square in the very centre of Bydgoszcz, is on the rise. The foundation has already been laid, work on pouring out the concrete props of the building's first storey is coming to an end as well.
Immobile K3 is a 5-storey class A office building, that offers almost 8 800 sq m of lettable office and retail space. The edifice will have a 2-level parking lot with 80 spots. The construction is to be completed by the end of the year.
