The office complex Karolkowa Business Park, located in Wola District is under construction. Office complex will offer more than 14 600 sqm of modern office space for lease, spread over 12 above ground storey.
Additionally on the ground floor will be located more than 3 000 sqm of rentable retail space. The office building will also provide its future tenants with 262 parking spaces located at the two-level underground parking lot.
The general contractor of the office building is KARMAR SA, while Ablon Group is the developer. The completion of the project is scheduled for Q2 2013.
