Six office buildings being a part of the second phase of Wrocław Business Garden have been awarded the LEED Platinium certificate. Business Garden Wrocław is a large office park with a total area of approximately 117,000 sq m. Business Garden Wroclaw has achieved the highest level of green certification thanks to modern and pro-ecological solutions as well as energy-saving technologies.
The investment is located at Legnicka Street in a 6-hectare area designed in the shape of a big garden. Business Garden Wroclaw offers its tenants and guests numerous outdoor relaxation zones, extensive cycling infrastructure, restaurants, canteens, and cafes.
