The LIXA E office building belonging to the LIXA office campus has obtained an occupancy permit. The building provided 18,000 sq m of modern space on the Warsaw rental market. The investment was designed in accordance with the principles of sustainable development.
It is worth noting that tiltable windows have been installed in the office building, thanks to which tenants will be able to limit the use of air conditioning and get some fresh air in the summer. In addition, high-speed elevators that recover energy and energy-saving LED lighting have been installed inside the building.
