Green Horizon – the office project of Skanska Property Poland has just received the environmental pre-certification LEED on the Gold level. The complex will consist of two buildings with approx. 33 000 sqm of a total leasable area.
Completion of the first phase comprising approximately 19 000 sqm of usable space for lease is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2012.
