Lublin office space is bound to be enhanced by seven new investments, which are integrated with the solutions of Lublin Development Strategy for 2013-2020. The city will be enriched with 145,700 sq m new office space, what is almost doubling of current available space in 41 existing buildings. First project will be let to use on the turn of 2016 and 2017, next ones will gradually appear to 2018, when the finish of seven-floor Wieniawska Building on Spokojna 2 is estimated.
CZ Office Center is the biggest investment to offer 75,000 sq m modern office space with an underground garage. The building complex SOUL is designed by Jems Architects and is going to make 19,000 sq m office space available. Technic Office Park (Dobrzańskiego Street), Czechowska Center, The G5 and the Makrochem investment on Rapackiego Street complete the group.
Planned buildings will offer the high-standard modern space with a variety of characters, in order to enable each tenant to find the place fulfilling their individual needs.
