The ceremony of laying a time capsule under the L'UNI investment was held on the 11th of August this year. L'UNI is a neo-renaissance building of the former Faculty of Pharmacy of the Medical Academy.
A tenement house with an office and service function will offer approximately 3 600 sq m. office space for rent.
The combination of historic elements with modern architecture will give the investment a unique character. The planned revitalization completion date is planned for mid-2022.
