The investor has received a building permit for a conference, service, and hotel center on Tischnera Street in Krakow. The facility will be part of the large Tischnera Green Town project, which is being developed on approximately 7.5 hectares at the intersection of Wadowicka and Tischnera streets.
The entire project includes the construction of office buildings and apartments for rent. The first phase will deliver approximately 38,000 square meters of office space and over 90,000 square meters of rental apartments. The second phase may bring an additional 45,000 square meters of offices or apartments, depending on market demand.
Construction is already underway – a nine-story office building, Tischnera Green Park, with an area of 28,140 square meters is being built. The facility has received a BREEAM Interim certificate at the Outstanding level, placing it among the highest-rated buildings in Poland. The investment offers underground parking for 384 cars and 128 bicycles and has excellent access to public transport, including buses, trams, and suburban rail.
