A creative mixed-use space will be developed in Warsaw's Wilanów district. The project will consist of office, service and retail space, as well as cinema, hotel and a conservatory open round the year. Wilanów Park will be located on the green territory of a 2-hectare park.
It is estimated that the construction of the park will start within the next two years and will last for the consecutive two years.
Thanks to its multifunctionality, Wilanów Park will attract both business and social initiatives. It is worth noting that this project is also ecological.
Sustainable solutions aimed at reducing carbon dioxide emissions, protecting ecosystems' biodiversity and waste water retention will be introduced to the project.
