HB Reavis development company has just started construction of a modern office complex, which will be located next to the Dworzec Gdański metro station. The complex will be realised in two phases. The first one will consist of two buildings (the seven-and ninestorey ones), which together will offer approximately 48 900 sqm of Class A office space for lease. The office buildings will be completed in the second quarter of 2014. The second phase will include another 46 000 sqm of office space for rent. Office buildings belonging to the complex will be completed in accordance with the BREEAM environmental certification guidelines. The complex has been designed by the well known architectural studio E&L Architects.
