The Equator I office building on Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw is undergoing a lobby renovation, which will be completed in February 2026. The main change will be the relocation of the reception desk from the left to the right side, as well as new furnishings, lighting, and greenery.
The renovation is being carried out in stages so as not to disrupt the daily functioning of the building and to maintain continuous access to elevators and office space. The work is intended to increase the attractiveness of the facility and improve the comfort of its users.
Equator I has been in operation since 2008 and has been awarded BREEAM Very Good and WELL Health-Safety Rating certificates. The building offers flexible office layouts and has a service area and parking.
