The construction of Cracow's Mogilska 35 Office building in the Grzegorzki district will soon come to an end, and tenants will begin the process of arranging their office space, which totals approximately 11,000 sqm. The building will have 7 floors above ground and a two-storey underground car park with 264 spaces. The ground floor of the building will be devoted to retail and service units, while the remaining six floors will contain exclusively office space. Floor space will range from 1,200 to 1,900 sqm, allowing tenants a great deal of flexibility in office arrangement.
In the near future, the Mogilska 35 Office building will undergo BREEAM certification, which will analyse the sustainable solutions used in the building's construction. The upcoming completion date of the building is scheduled for the first quarter of 2023.
